Text
A license issued under this part shall continue in force as long as the motor vehicle service agreement company is entitled thereto under this part and until suspended, revoked, or terminated. Annually, in conjunction with the March 1 filing of the annual report, each motor vehicle service agreement company shall file a $100 license fee.
