Text
Any person who violates a cease and desist order of the department or office under s. 634.339 while such order is in effect, after notice and hearing as provided in s. 634.338, is subject, at the discretion of the department or office, to any one or more of the following penalties:
(1)A monetary penalty of not more than $25,000 as to all matters determined in such hearing.
(2)The suspension or revocation of such person’s license or eligibility to hold a license.
