Text
The Florida Forest Service shall conduct investigations and make surveys to determine the areas of land in the state which are available and suitable for reforestation projects and state forests, and may recommend to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, any state agency, or any agency created by state law which is authorized to accept lands in the name of the state, concerning their acquisition. The Florida Forest Service shall be considered as a state agency under this law.
