Text

The official headquarters of the council shall be in Tallahassee, but it may hold meetings at such other places in the state as it may determine by resolutions or as may be selected by a majority of the members of the council in any call for a meeting. The council shall annually elect from its members a chair, a vice chair, and a secretary. A majority of the members of the council shall constitute a quorum for such purposes.
