Text

Any sheriff, who seizes intoxicating liquors, wines, or beer as provided for in this chapter, shall keep a permanent itemized record of all such liquors including a complete record of the destruction of such liquors, which record shall be verified by the signature of the sheriff in person, and such records shall be open to inspection at all times.
