§ 525.19 — Petroleum registration

Text

(1)The department shall create an annual petroleum registration program for petroleum owners or operators and shall adopt rules detailing the requirements for such registration that include, at minimum:
(a)The name of the petroleum owner or operator;
(b)The address of the petroleum owner or operator;
(c)The phone number of the petroleum owner or operator;
(d)The e-mail address of the petroleum owner or operator;
(e)Requirements for the transfer switch;
(f)Fuel and petroleum infrastructure; and (g) Fuel and petroleum inventory and delivery information.
(2)The registration program must be free for all registrants.
(3)The department has the authority to require registrants to provide updates related to the status of infrastructure, inventory, and delivery information during a state
