It is a violation of ss. 506.501-506.519 for any person not in lawful possession of an egg basket, poultry box, or bakery container to remove such egg basket, poultry box, or bakery container from the premises, the parking area, or any other area of any processor, bakery, distributor, retailer, or food service establishment.
