Text

Any person who shall take or send out of the state, or cause to be taken or sent out of the state, any field box, pallet, crate, container, or receptacle so registered or branded as herein provided without the permission of the owner thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
