Text
The board shall by rule establish fees to be paid as follows:
(1)Examination application fee, not to exceed $150;
(2)Examination fee, not to exceed $175, which is refundable if the applicant is found to be ineligible to take the examination;
(3)Reexamination fee, not to exceed $175;
(4)Initial licensure fee, not to exceed $600;
(5)Trainee registration fee, not to exceed $100; and
(6)Biennial renewal fee, not to exceed $600.
