Text
The Department of State shall charge and collect for:
(1)Filing articles of incorporation, $17.50;
(2)Filing articles of amendment, $8.75;
(3)Filing articles of consolidation or merger, $8.75;
(4)Filing articles of conversion, $8.75;
(5)Filing certificate of election to dissolve, $8.75;
(6)Filing articles of dissolution, $8.75;
(7)Filing certificate of change of principal office, $3.50;
(8)Filing certified copy of charter or articles of incorporation of foreign corporation pursuant to s. 425.27, $17.50.
