Text
In accordance with s. 429.02, a person caring for an adult who is related to such person by blood or marriage is not subject to the Assisted Living Facilities Act. If, however, the person who plans to provide home care under this act is found by the department to be unable to provide this care, the department shall notify the person wishing to provide home care of this determination, and the person shall not be eligible for subsidy payments under ss. 410.031-410.036.
