Text
The secretaries or directors of the state agencies shall ensure the full cooperation and assistance of employees of their respective state agencies with members and staff of the statewide and local councils. The secretary or director of each state agency providing client services shall notify its contract, service, and treatment providers of the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the statewide and local councils.
