Text
Whoever willfully damages any of the property of any program created under this or other chapters, or any works constructed, maintained, or controlled by such program, or who obstructs or causes to be obstructed any of the operations of such program, or who knowingly or willfully violates any provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated by any board of commissioners of any program, commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
