(1)The fiscal year of programs operating under this chapter shall be the 12-month period extending from October 1 of one year through September 30 of the following year. The governing board of the programs shall before July 15 of each year complete the preparation of a tentative detailed work plan budget covering its proposed operations and requirements for arthropod control measures during the ensuing fiscal year and, for the purpose of determining eligibility for state aid, shall submit copies as may be required to the department for review and approval.
