Text
State funds shall be payable, in accordance with the rules of the department, upon requisition by the department to the Chief Financial Officer. The department is authorized to furnish insecticides, chemicals, materials, equipment, vehicles, and personnel in lieu of state funds where mass purchasing may save funds for the state, or where it would be more practical and economical to use equipment, supplies, and services between two or more programs.
