Text
A person may not loan or transfer to another person, unless otherwise provided by commission rule or order, any license or permit issued pursuant to this chapter, and a person, other than the person to whom the license or permit is issued, may not use a borrowed or transferred license or permit. A person who violates this section commits a Level Two violation under s. 379.401.
