Text

(1)The Grants and Donations Trust Fund is created within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
(2)The fund is established for use as a depository for funds to be used for allowable grant and donor agreement activities. Moneys to be credited to the trust fund shall consist of grants and donations from private and public nonfederal sources, development-of-regional-impact wildlife mitigation contributions, interest earnings, and cash advances from other trust funds.
(3)If acquisition pursuant to this section will result in state ownership of land, title shall be vested in the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund as required in chapter 253.
