Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any transportation authority created by this chapter shall have all the powers conferred by s. 212.055(1). The revenues provided by this section may be used or pledged to pay principal and interest on bonds as set forth in s. 212.055(1). In no event may local transportation surtax moneys collected in Duval County be expended on transportation facilities outside the boundaries of Duval County.
