Text
Express authority and power is hereby given and granted any county, municipality, drainage district, road and bridge district, school district or any other political subdivision, board, commission or individual in, or of, the state to make and enter into with the authority, contracts, leases, conveyances, or other agreements within the provisions and purposes of this chapter. The authority is hereby expressly authorized to make and enter into contracts, leases, conveyances and other agreements with any political subdivision, agency or instrumentality of the state and any and all federal agencies, corporations and individuals, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
