Text

All funds and all road building equipment, supplies, and materials that have heretofore or may hereafter be apportioned to this state by Congress to aid and assist in road building shall be expended and used under the control and supervision of the department, and any and all expenses which are necessary to secure such equipment, supplies, and materials for the use of the state to be used on the roads under the supervision of the department are authorized to be paid out of the State Transportation Trust Fund.
