Text

(1)As used in this section, the term:
(a)“Commercial service airport” means an airport providing commercial service, including large, medium, small, and nonhub airports as classified by the Federal Aviation Administration.
(b)“Consent agenda” means an agenda which consists of items voted on collectively or as a group and which does not provide the opportunity for public comment on each such item before approval or disapproval by the governing body.
(c)“Department” means the Department of Transportation.
(d)“Governing body” means the governing body of the county, municipality, or special district that operates a commercial service airport. The term also includes an appointed board or oversight entity serving as the governing body for purposes of a commercial service airport on behalf o
