Text

Upon the abolishment of the Capitol Center Planning Commission or the restriction by law of its jurisdiction to state-owned lands, any private project that received design approval before the effective date of an act that provides for such abolishment or restriction shall be considered vested for the zoning, land use, and variances approved by the commission. A vested project is required to demonstrate only that it is in compliance with environmental and building permitting requirements to be eligible for the issuance of a building permit.
