Any lands in the state that are now, or may hereafter be, vested in the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the state may not be sold, conveyed, or disposed of by the board of trustees until notice as provided in s. 253.115 has been given; however, this section does not apply to homestead, railroad, or canal grants, as provided for by law, nor to any conveyance under s. 253.111.
