Text
The Board of Trustees of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is hereby given authority to make temporary loans of paintings and other objects of art or artifacts belonging to the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art for the purpose of public exhibition in art museums, other museums, or institutions of higher learning wherever located, including such museums or institutions in other states or countries. Temporary loans may also be made to the executive mansion in Tallahassee, chapters and affiliates of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, and, for educational purposes, to schools, public libraries, or other institutions in the state, where such exhibition will benefit the general public as in the judgment of the board of trustees is deemed wise and for the best interest of the
