Text
Should an agency fail to make a timely payment of the pool pledged rentals or charges as required by this act, the Chief Financial Officer shall withhold general revenues of the agency in an amount sufficient to pay the rentals and charges due and unpaid from such agency. The Chief Financial Officer shall forward such general revenue amounts to the Department of Management Services in payment of such rents.
