§ 255.506 — Facilities in pool

Text

The following facilities shall be entered into the pool:

(1)All existing state-owned facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Management Services shall be entered into the pool upon the creation of the pool.
(2)Each facility the acquisition of which is financed under this act and which has not already been entered into the pool shall be entered into the pool upon the earlier of:
(a)The completion of such acquisition; or (b) The commencement of accrual of rent for all or any portion of such facility.
(3)Any agency may submit all, but not less than all, of the eligible facilities under its jurisdiction for entry into the pool. Each of such eligible facilities which is determined by the Department of Management Services to be a qualified facility shall be entered into the
