Text

Any building or facility intended for use by the general public which, in whole or in part, is constructed or altered or operated as a lessee, by or on behalf of the state or any political subdivision, municipality, or special district thereof or any public administrative board or authority of the state shall, with respect to the altered or newly constructed or leased portion of such building or facility, comply with standards and specifications established by part II of chapter 553.
