Text
(1)Any public school in this state, including a charter school, may enroll a student who meets the regular school attendance criteria in s. 1003.01(16)(b)-
(f)on a part-time basis, subject to space and availability according to the school’s capacity determined pursuant to s. 1002.31(2)(b).
(2)A student attending a public school on a part-time basis pursuant to this section shall generate full-time equivalent student membership as described in s. 1011.61(1)(b). A student receiving a scholarship under this chapter who attends a public school on a part-time basis through contracted services provided by the public school or school district may not be reported for funding.
(3)A student attending a public school on a part-time basis pursuant to this section is not considered to be in regula
