§ 9626 — Transfer of assessment fees

Delaware·Title 9·Part County Officers·Ch. 96 RECORDERS
The New Castle County Recorder of Deeds shall monthly cause to be remitted1/2of all fees which are by law payable to the New Castle County Recorder of Deeds pursuant to § 103(c)(6) of Title 8 to the treasury of the City of Wilmington.
