§ 9616 — Neglect of duty; penalty

Delaware·Title 9·Part County Officers·Ch. 96 RECORDERS
For the neglect of any duty prescribed in this chapter, in cases where no other penalty is prescribed, the recorder shall be fined not more than $50.
