§ 9206 — Application in Sussex County

Delaware·Title 9·Part County Officers·Ch. 92 DEPUTIES AND CLERKS
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to Sussex County. In Sussex County, the provisions of § 7006 of this title shall apply.
