§ 4604 — Public hearing
(a)Upon completion of the preliminary report and the maps and plans, the county government shall call a public hearing upon a proposal to establish a county district to comprise the area or areas defined in such maps and plans.
(b)The county government shall cause a notice of public hearing to be posted in 4 public places within the proposed district and shall cause a notice of the public hearing to be published at least once in a newspaper published within the County and having a general circulation therein. The first publication thereof shall be not less than 10 days before the date set therein for the hearing.
