Text
(a)Association designated. —
When the County approves a NID under this chapter, a NIDMA must be designated by the County to administer the enhanced services within the NID.
(b)Administration. —
(1)Each NID must be administered by a NIDMA.
(2)A NIDMA must be incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in this State.
(c)Powers. —A NIDMA created under this chapter has all the powers provided for in § 3507 upon the effective date of the county ordinance creating the NID.
(d)Board. —
Each NIDMA must have an administrative board.
(1)The board must be comprised of either 3 or 5 voting members and at least 1 nonvoting member representing the County.
