Text

Promptly after notification of appointment, the ADR Specialist shall:

(1)advise the parties of a willingness to serve as the ADR Specialist for this dispute, (2) notify the parties of the expected rate of compensation, and (3) set the time and date of the ADR proceedings which shall be within 60 days of notice of appointment unless the parties and the ADR Specialist agree to another date. Unless otherwise agreed, the ADR proceedings shall be held in the offices of the ADR Specialist.
