Text

(a)Any person, by filing the certificate provided for in § 7704 of this title, shall be deemed to have agreed to submit all disputes subject to ADR to the ADR provided for by this chapter. Upon the filing of such certificate, the filer shall be bound by the provisions of this chapter until a certificate of revocation has become effective under § 7707 of this title.
(b)In addition to persons covered by subsection (a) of this section, any person who enter into a written agreement with a person who has filed the certificate provided for in § 7704 of this title, when such agreement incorporates (by reference or otherwise) the ADR requirements of this chapter, will be bound by the ADR requirements of this chapter with regard to disputes arising out of the subject matter of such written agree
