Text

(a)No person shall fish with any fixed net in the tidal waters of this State unless said net, pot or trap is marked in accordance with the following criteria:
(1)In the Delaware River and Bay, Atlantic Ocean out to 3 nautical miles, Indian River and Bay, Rehoboth Bay, and Little and Big Assawoman Bays, during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m., April 1 of each year, and ending at 12:00 p.m., November 30 of each year all fixed fishing equipment shall be marked on each end with a minimum marking of a red or international orange flag that measures at least 12 inches x 12 inches on a staff 4 feet, measured from the surface of the water to the bottom of the flag. In addition to the red or international orange flags, there shall be attached to each net between each red or international orange
