§ 545 — Penalty
Delaware·Title 7·Part Game, Wildlife and Dogs·Ch. 5 LICENSES·Subch. Breeders of Game Animals or Birds for Commercial Purposes
Whoever violates this subchapter shall be fined guilty of a class D environmental violation for each offense.
