§ 4313 — Name of tax lagoon
Delaware·Title 7·Part Agricultural and Soil Conservation; Drainage and Reclamation of Lowlands·Ch. 43 DREDGING AND MANAGEMENT OF LAGOONS·Subch. Formation of Tax Lagoon; Procedure
The name of any tax lagoon established under this chapter shall not be the same as the name of any existing tax lagoon management organization within the same county.
