Text

No person shall wilfully, negligently or maliciously cut, remove, cover up, deface or otherwise mutilate, injure or destroy any special dog training area boundary fence, wire or poster placed in accordance with this subchapter. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a violation and shall be fined $10 for each offense, together with costs of prosecution.
