§ 5301 — Definitions
Delaware·Title 31·Part Services and Facilities for Youth Adjudicated Delinquent or Criminally Prosecuted·Ch. 53 WOODS HAVEN SCHOOL FOR GIRLS
As used in this chapter:
(1)“Board” means the Board of Managers of the Woods Haven School for Girls.
(2)“School” means the Woods Haven School for Girls.
