Text

No court, organization, institution, individual or corporation may bind any minor to any organization, institution, individual or corporation in any manner whatsoever. Nothing contained in this section shall in any manner interfere with the power and authority of any court to commit any minor to the custody and care of any organization, institution, individual or corporation.
