§ 1103 — Penalties for disposal of goods received from relief units for cash or barter

Delaware·Title 31·Part In General·Ch. 11 WELFARE AGENCIES AND RECIPIENTS OF ASSISTANCE
No person who has received any clothing, food, goods or other merchandise from any welfare agency in this State shall dispose of the same for cash or barter or for any other consideration. Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $300, or imprisoned not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months, or both.
