§ 8513 — Dissolution of associations
Delaware·Title 3·Part Cooperative Agricultural Associations or Corporations·Ch. 85 CORPORATION LAW FOR COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS·Subch. Formation, Powers, Bylaws and Dissolution
Any association may cease to do business and be dissolved in the same manner as corporations are dissolved under the general corporation laws of the State.
