Text
An Executive Director shall be selected by a majority vote of the Board. The Executive Director shall be experienced in port or transportation-related management and shall be the principal executive officer of the Corporation. The Executive Director shall be an employee of the Corporation, and the compensation of the Executive Director shall be established by the Board. The Executive Director shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
