Text
The following positions set forth in this chapter shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title:
(1)Secretary of State;
(2)Assistant to the Secretary of State;
(3)Director of Corporations;
(4)State Bank Commissioner;
(5)Director of Division of the Arts;
(6)Director of Libraries;
(7)Director of the Division of Human and Civil Rights.
(8)Director of Historical and Cultural Affairs;
(9)State Archivist and Records Administrator;
(10)Executive Director of the Public Employment Relations Board;
(11)Director of Professional Regulation;
(12)Director of the Public Service Commission; and
(13)Public Advocate.
