Text

(a)As used in this section:
(1)“Director” means the executive director of the Sustainable Energy Utility.
(2)“Electric vehicle” means as defined in § 8062 of this title.
(3)“Electric vehicle supply equipment” or “EVSE” means as defined in § 8062 of this title.
(4)“Federal poverty level” means a measure of income issued every year by the United States Department of Health and Human Services that determines eligibility for certain government programs and benefits.
(5)“Low-income applicants” mean applicants whose incomes are no more than 300% of the federal poverty level.
(6)“SEU” means the Sustainable Energy Utility created under § 8059 of this title.
