§ 8005 — Division of Fish and Wildlife

The Division of Fish and Wildlife is established having powers, duties and functions as follows:

(1)The Division of Fish and Wildlife shall have the power to perform and shall be responsible for the performance of all the powers, duties and functions heretofore vested in: a. The Board of Game and Fish Commissioners of this State pursuant to Chapters 1, 3 [repealed], 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 17 and 58 [repealed] of Title 7. b. The Delaware Commission of Shell Fisheries pursuant to Chapters 19, 21, 23 and 27 of Title 7 and Chapter 21 of Title 23.
(2)The administrative, ministerial, fiscal and clerical functions of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission set forth in Chapter 15 of Title 7 shall be performed by the Division of Fish and Wildlife. Except as otherwise provided in this subdi
