§ 6341 — Grants-in-aid

Delaware·Title 29·Part Budget, Fiscal, Procurement and Contracting Regulations·Ch. 63 BUDGET COMMISSION AND APPROPRIATIONS·Subch. Budget Appropriation Bill

No appropriation for a grant-in-aid shall be made otherwise than pursuant to an act by the General Assembly, passed with the concurrence of3/4of all the members elected to each House.
