§ 4811 — Jurisdiction in Superior Court
Delaware·Title 29·Part State Agencies and Offices Not Created by Constitution·Ch. 48 LOTTERIES·Subch. State Lottery
The Superior Court has exclusive jurisdiction over offenses under this subchapter, except for offenses under §§ 4810(a) and 4836(a) and (b) of this title.
