§ 408 — Display of POW/MIA flag

Delaware·Title 29·Part General Provisions·Ch. 4 BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
A state agency, including a public school, shall cause a POW/MIA flag to be displayed out-of-doors on its installation, grounds, or campus at each location on each day the flag of the United States is so displayed.
